This course is suited to those who need to brush up on office administration skills or need to learn these skills from scratch. In this course you will learn the basics of working in a business environment.

Certificate III in Business Administration

This course will teach you essential business administration skills such as keyboard and computer functions, organising schedules, creating presentations, spreadsheets, and so much more. This course will give you more confidence in a wide area of business applications, particularly if it has been some time since you worked in a similar role. The course also teaches you how to proofread documents and deal with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) issues, amongst many other useful subject modules.
